Utilizing a blend of elite tencha leaves that have won Gold Medal prize (一等) at Japanese tea industry competitions, and carefully ground only when we order it (see grinding date below), Tenkei, meaning the "joy of heaven", is the top quality matcha from producer AOI Seicha available only in Japan.  A supreme quality matcha made with the highest quality award-winning tea leaves for Koicha (thick matcha).
